For advance-payment orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and delivery information.

We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Advance Payment

Customers choosing advance payment may be eligible for free delivery, subject to the applicable offer or conditions displayed on the website.

For COD orders, shipping charges are generally Rs. 250, although the final shipping charge may vary depending on the weight of the order and applicable courier charges.

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed during the ordering process.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our estimated delivery time is 4–6 working days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Shipping Charges

Advance Payment Orders: Free delivery, subject to the applicable offer.

COD Orders: Starting from Rs. 250, depending on the weight of the order and applicable courier charges.

If a shipping or delivery issue occurs due to an error made by Shop Drip Shift, we will bear the applicable shipping cost where appropriate.

If the issue is caused by the customer, including an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, repeated delivery attempts, or another customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want our customers to have a positive shopping experience. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Printed Items

Printed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Because printed products are specially prepared with their design/print, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, or other customer-related reasons.

If a printed item is received with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Shop Drip Shift, please contact us so that our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be available for eligible non-printed products, subject to product availability and our exchange conditions.

The product must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please carefully review the available size chart before placing your order.

Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is required because of a mistake made by Shop Drip Shift, we will bear the applicable shipping cost.

If the exchange is requested because of a customer-related issue, such as selecting the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

SECTION 7 — REFUNDS

Refunds may be provided in eligible circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund eligibility does not apply to printed items unless the issue is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect product, or mistake made by Shop Drip Shift.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and processing method will be communicated to the customer.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where the issue is caused by the customer.
