Exchange Policy – DRIP SHIFT

All products purchased from https://shopdripshift.com/ can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
The item(s) does not match the original specifications or is not the same as ordered

At DRIP SHIFT, all exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both the customer and the brand

Replacement will be provided if a defective or incorrect product is delivered You may be required to share photographic evidence before the exchange is processed


Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases

Request is made after 7 days of delivery
Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Product has been tampered with
Sale items are not eligible for exchange


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is 4 to 6 working days across Pakistan
Shipping charges for exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis


Refund Policy

If we are unable to satisfy the customer through exchange, a refund will be issued

To process a refund, the customer must first return the parcel to the address provided by our team

Once we receive the returned parcel and confirm that the product is not damaged, used, or tampered with, the refund will be processed

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
